Isla Caja de Muertos Vacations from $799

What and amazing stay, came out to san juan for the first time and was met with nothing but professional people at Ola boutique Hotel "Staff" yes I will Return and bring others to experience this hotel. Thanks for everything

The neighborhood has everything walking distance, however the room itself was not soundproof. I had a call with a relative, some young travelers were outside talking and my cousin said it sounds like they're in my room. Parking is difficult, so I wouldn't book a car if I'm staying here. The room has the a.c. on before I came in which I loved, tv had many options Room was clean

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!!

Everything is 10 times more expensive compare to any other place I visites

I arrived to find the room infested with cockroaches and I communicated with the owner who would tell me she would be sending over here assistant to show me another room. That room was also found to be inadequate as the walls were had been painted to hide mold, which could be seen coming through the paint. I contacted t h e thethe woman again and told herI would be leaving the hotel and that she should refund me the cost of the hotel. She refuses to refund me the money. She said my standards were to high. That I should have been comfortable sleep with cockroaches. Hotels. Com contacted the woman and told me she refused to refund the money. I have since contacted my card and placed a dispute.
